Ha! Was listening to Rammstein when I found this. There's a pretty clever spoof somewhere on Youtube that takes a Rammstein song and puts it into English. I can't adequately explain it. It's in German and whoever made it found English in every part of the lyrics and re-did it.

Actually I probably should have said "European".
It's only funny if you realise that you're looking at Rammstein and they're definitely not performing the song they seem to be performing.
I'm not sure if this translates into American - and Ferfe is American.
