And those words are the reason I went back to work for my husband and then into my own business. And I never say those words....
although I do say bullshit a lot and my employees get to say it to me too!

Your chart is missing Pain Point and might I suggest replacing "Touch Base" with "Reach Out". Now, to come up with three more for a new row. Will only have to open my mail. Create Synergies, Drive Improvement, Communication Vehicle...there are some other doozies (in the Department of Redundancy Department vein) but that's all I have right now.
