Saint Sernins. (Fractured From The Fall).

When you get the time

Sit down and write me a letter

When you're feeling better

Drop me a line

I wanna know how it all works out
I had a feeling we were fading out
I didn't know that people faded out so fast
And that people faded out
When there was love enough left to fix it
But, there it is

There it is, we are only one push from the nest
There it is, we are only one moment from death.
There it is, the sun rises
But the sun sets, the sun also sets

Wow, that was so beutiful... both the pic and the poem.. so serene, so bittersweet, so real.

Now I am really looking forward to get the haiku from you.

I'd forgotten about the Haiku (slightly).....they take a long time to think about because you need to get things into a 5-7-5 syllable pattern (if you're going for 5-7-5) and "crashdummie" isn't exactly romantic or easy to fit into that kind of pattern.

The picture is one of my favourite Churches : the words aren't mine.

The Church isn't in Copenhagen !

Oh that's just purty!

P.S. Since you ARE a wizard [Merlin and all] you dressing up for the Potter parties tonight? LOL.

Had to ask. Couldn't let it pass. :-P

Yet again another great picture! And love the lyrics. Ryan Adams, right? Are you in an introspective melancholy mood?

Mailyn,

No - I don't "do Harry Potter" - he's an amateur. Havn't read any of the books, havn't seen any of the films.

I'm staying at home tonight and turning a few people I don't like into frogs and mushrooms ; the usual sort of stuff.

Steamy,

Yep - Ryan again (well spotted).

Not so much melancholy as thoughtful . Things are about to get interesting when the smoke clears a bit. "I was thinking that the gypsy wasn't lying" was a strangely prophetic thing to post two days ago.

Sometimes I wonder you know.......

LOL. Somehow I knew HP wasn't your cup of tea. ~__^

Still, I am excited to see how it all ends. I'm a total fangirl. Even if the books are just mindless fun. Squeeeeeeee!!!

Yes, I am squeeeing at my age. :-P

Mailyn,

The very person as if by telepathy.

For some reason I can't seem to comment on your blog all of a sudden - too tired to think about it tonight.

No - Harry's not really my style. I spent an evening in a couple of the local pubs catching up with people I havn't seen for years.

Now I think I'm going to disappear into the Welsh Mountains for a day or so and pay the real wizard a visit : it seems that we have a few things to discuss.

And what on earth is Harry Potter night anyway ?

,,,,,and I "squee" too now that someone's told me what it means.

How about "woot" ? Wassat please ?

Cripes, I forgot your Woot.

You know, your team just scored a goal and you jump up and "WOOT!"

*smoochies*

EL PADRONE said...

Eva,

In the UK you don't "woot". Most definitely not. Very un-British.

You go "yyyyyyyaaaaaaaaaaayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy"

follwed by

"the referees a wanker" (depending on which team has scored).

*smoches to you too*

Eh, excuses. You can use Crashy for sort.. or Ruby - I suppose its more romantic & easy to fit in, being a red gem and all...
